Injection Molding Technician – Grave Shift

The Technician’s responsibility includes ensuring that the operation of the injection molding lines are running effectively and efficiently in accordance with documented process to ensure quality product is consistently manufactured. Responsibilities include change over’s and set ups and processing of parts, materials and colors. A Technician is required to read and interpret documents, as well as write routine reports and correspondence. Technicians must have the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals with the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Our Technicians multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment. They use hand tools and standard power tools on a regular basis. Technicians may work long hours to perform repairs and installation of new equipment, as they help us meet project deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a positive, professional demeanor is essential for this role. We are seeking a minimum of 1 year of experience in injection molding and injection blow. Prefer experience working with JSW injection machines, Sumitomo injection machines, and Novapax injection blow machines. Wage is dependent on experience.
